Free Shipping Across Canada

EVIQO is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to addresses within Canada. We partner with leading Canadian carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery. During checkout, the free shipping option will be applied automatically to all eligible orders. An expedited shipping option may be available at an additional cost, depending on your delivery address and the carrier selected.

Full shipping details, including estimated delivery timeframes and any applicable charges for expedited options, will be displayed at checkout and included in your order confirmation email.

Delivery times depend on your chosen delivery address, item availability, and order placement time. Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas, including Northern Canada, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon, may require additional transit time beyond standard estimates.


Shipping Restrictions

EVIQO ships to addresses within Canada only through eviqo.ca. We are unable to fulfill orders to P.O. boxes, freight forwarding addresses, or addresses outside of Canada through this website. For shipping to the United States, please visit eviqo.io.


Battery Shipping Restrictions

Please note that products containing batteries are subject to shipping restrictions under Canada's Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act (TDGA) and carrier regulations. Orders containing multiple units with batteries may be shipped in separate packages to comply with applicable Canadian transportation and carrier requirements. You will receive a separate shipment notification for each package if your order is split.


Next Steps After Placing Your Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. Your shipment will be processed once we receive full payment for your order. All orders are priced and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Orders are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday (Eastern Time), excluding Canadian public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipment Notification and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email containing the carrier's name, your tracking number, and the estimated delivery date. Click the tracking number in the email to monitor your package directly on the carrier's website.

Our shipping partners for Canadian orders include Canada Post, Purolator, UPS Canada, FedEx Canada, and Amazon Fulfillment Canada, depending on your location and selected shipping option.
