Refund policy
Dear customers,
We are pleased to offer a 30-Day Return Policy that starts on the day of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original, unused condition and original packaging.
Orders and Shipping
Orders are processed during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, Eastern Time). Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping to Canadian addresses is provided via standard ground shipping services (e.g., Canada Post, Purolator, UPS Canada, FedEx Canada, or Amazon Fulfillment Canada). Estimated delivery times may vary by province or territory. Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address may not be guaranteed.
All prices displayed on eviqo.ca are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes at checkout where required by law.
Requirements to Effectively Process Your Refund
- Please provide us with your Order ID.
- Confirm that the item has not been used and is in the same condition as when you received it.
- Provide photos confirming the sellable condition of the product and the integrity of its components and parts (including the mounting brackets, security screws, installation hardware, and holster).
- Pack the product in its original packaging along with proof of purchase. Please provide a photo of the item packed to confirm the use of the original packaging.
- Use the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team, attach it securely to the package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified product defect or warranty-related issue. EVIQO Technologies does not cover or reimburse standard return shipping fees. In cases of a verified defect or warranty issue, EVIQO will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after EVIQO has received and inspected the returned product and confirmed return eligibility. Refunds will be issued in Canadian dollars (CAD) to the original payment method. Please note that additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer support team at support@eviqo.ca to request a return authorization before shipping the item back.
- Carefully pack the item in its original condition, including all accessories, hardware, and documentation.
- Attach the prepaid shipping label securely to the package.
- Drop off the package at the carrier location specified by our support team.
Restocking Fees & Exceptions
Unless the return is due to damaged goods or a verified warranty-related issue, EVIQO reserves the right to deduct applicable restocking or handling fees from the authorized refund amount. The applicable fee, if any, will be communicated to you prior to processing the return.
Damaged or Warranty-Related Issues
If, within 30 days of purchase, your product is damaged, defective, or experiences a verified warranty-related issue, please contact EVIQO support immediately at support@eviqo.ca. Our team will provide specific instructions and arrange return shipping at no cost to you.
Provincial Consumer Protection
EVIQO Technologies is committed to complying with applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation. Your rights under provincial law may vary:
- Ontario: Consumer Protection Act, 2002
- British Columbia: Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act
- Alberta: Consumer Protection Act
- Quebec: Consumer Protection Act (Loi sur la protection du consommateur)
Customers in Quebec may have additional rights under provincial law, including specific disclosure requirements. If you have questions about your rights as a Quebec consumer, please contact us or refer to the Office de la protection du consommateur at opc.gouv.qc.ca.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable provincial or federal consumer protection legislation.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and include all original packaging and materials.
- Products damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
- Items that show signs of use, installation, or modification are not eligible for return.
Right to Modify Policy
EVIQO Technologies reserves the right to modify its Order Processing, Shipping, Refund, and Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on eviqo.ca and will apply to orders placed after the date of the update.
